Even if everything was agreed by phone, we request a written confirmation by fax, letter or our reply sheet in order to avoid misunderstandings. Please transfer a deposit of 600,00 € per week within 7 days in order to confirm your booking.

The deposit can be paid by: bank transfer to our bank account at the Cassa Rurale di Lana, branch Cermes:
I-BAN: IT 35 L 08115 58290 000031113682 SWIFT to RZSB IT2B - free of costs for the receiver or with credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard). Please submit your credit card number and the expiry date.

Travel Cancellation Insurance

And what if everything doesn't turn out as planned and you can't go on holidays? Insurance protects you at least from costs arising from a holiday that you can't take.

  • The cost of travel cancellation insurance for your stay
    to 1.000 € -55 €
    to 1.500 € -78 €
    to 2.000 € -91 €
    to 2.500 € -112 €
    to 3.000 € -137 €
  • Retention: 20 % of the total apartment price for the duration of your stay.
  • The insurance costs are included in the deposit.
  • At the point of booking you can decide whether you want the insurance or not.
  • IMPORTANT: In the booking confirmation or on our replay sheet please state if you want to purchase insurance or not.

Do you have to cancel your family holidays at Grafenstein?

Please inform us about your cancellation in writing as quickly as possible. Submit a doctor's certificate or a police confirmation (in case of reasons stated in the insurance policies).
If you have no travel cancellation insurance the following conditions apply:

  • For cancellations occurring up to 9 weeks before arrival we will refund the deposit minus a handling fee of 30,00 €.
  • 9th to 6th week before arrival: the deposit will not be refunded.
  • 6th to 3rd week before arrival: 80 % of the overnight stay price will be charged if we are unable to rent the apartment to other people.
  • 3rd week before arrival: 100 % of the overnight stay price will be charged if we are unable to rent the apartment to other people.
  • In case of late arrival or early departure the entire period booked will be charged.
