Follow your nose – the path to us leads through fragrant apple blossoms and sunny vineyards. Our family hotel is located in the idyllic village of Tscherms near Merano, picturesquely perched on a hill, surrounded by nature and offering wide views over the Merano region. A perfect starting point to explore Lana, Merano and all the beautiful corners of South Tyrol.

Please always make cancellations in writing. Costs vary depending on the timing. We recommend ERV travel cancellation insurance, which you can also book directly. As a general rule, please inform us as soon as possible and, above all, in writing! Only written cancellations will be accepted.

Our standard cancellation policy:

• If you cancel up to 49 days before the start of your holiday, we will refund your deposit minus a processing fee of €40 or send you a voucher for the full amount.
• If you cancel between 48 and 35 days before the start of your holiday, the entire deposit will be forfeited in our favour.
• 34 to 21 days before the start of your holiday, 80% of the total amount will be charged.
• From 20 days before the start of your holiday, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge for the entire booked length of stay, including breakfast and final cleaning.

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code.

Yes, dogs are welcome (€35 per day). Please note, however, that we cannot allow dogs in the swimming pools, on the playground, on the hotel’s lawns, or in the breakfast room. In the afternoon, starting at 2:00 p.m., your furry friend is welcome to join you on our terrace to relax.

Please note that you must bring your own dog food, dog bed, and other necessary items.

Yes, a 6 kW charging station is available. The charging card is provided at reception.

Yes! We recommend arriving by (rental) car, but train travel is also easy. On site, the South Tyrol Guest Pass keeps you flexible: free use of buses, trains and some cable cars. Many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance (approx. 25–30 minutes). So you’re well connected even without a car.

Payment on site is possible in cash (up to €4,999) or by EC card or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard). Please note: American Express, Diners Club and business cards (e.g. Miles & More) are not accepted. A quick check with your bank for card availability abroad is recommended.

No worries – it happens! We’ll gladly send forgotten items home by courier. Just let reception know.

Yes! There are now regular direct flights from London, Antwerp, Billund, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Berlin and many more European cities to Bolzano. For maximum flexibility, we recommend a rental car on site. Current flight connections can be found online on the Bolzano Airport website.

Please note that we do not offer a traditional café service for external day visitors. Our hotel grounds, including the playground, are exclusively available to our hotel guests as well as breakfast and Day Spa guests.
